A space for discussion, contribution and exchange of technical knowledge for the country
Since 2017, the CIO University Meeting has become the ideal space to discuss topics of high interest to Ecuadorian ICTs, an event in which the CIOs and CTOs of the country's Higher Education Institutions can share experiences regarding technological advances in the academic field.
Through this meeting, CEDIA has made it possible to learn about the needs of CIOs at the national level in order to align their technological development programs with the reality and needs of the country's higher education system.
In this context, within the framework of the TICEC 2021 Information and Communication Technologies Congress, the ninth edition of the CIO University was held, an event in which we have approximately 28 technology directors from our member institutions. As part of their agenda of activities, spaces for training, discussion, and exchange of knowledge and experiences were generated, which were accompanied and taught by specialists from renowned technology organizations, who, based on their experience and innovation, once again contributed to making this meeting of interest and contribution. and to the technological development of the country.
