Innovation in times of crisis: Knowledge and Technology Transfer Program for the Post-COVID-19 Economic Reactivation in MiPymes of the Chemical Sector and Services of the provinces: Azuay, Loja and Pichincha

General Objective: Develop a plan for the transfer of knowledge, technology and management improvement, which reactivates the activities of MiPymes in the Chemical and Services sectors of the provinces: Azuay, Pichincha and Loja.

Specific objectives

  • Carry out a comprehensive diagnosis of the current needs and possible challenges of the selected sectors.
  • Identify the current conditions and challenges of companies in the chemical sector and the service sector, to project lines of action with a view to strengthening markets.
  • Design proposals for improvement according to the situation of each of the sectors, through a knowledge and technology transfer plan.
  • Implement a pilot plan with the proposed strategies, according to the situation of each of the sectors.
  • Disseminate the methodology and the work carried out to promote its application in other sectors and/or provinces (geographical locations) with a broad expected impact on economic and social research, through national and regional collaboration networks.
