Internet Address Registry for Latin America and the Caribbean LACNIC Líderes is a LACNIC program that provides funding and mentoring to present research on selected Internet Governance (IG) topics as perceived from within communities. In order to support contributions from people involved and committed to the objective of advancing digital agendas with an impact on the generation of public policies under a bottom-up process and with multi-sector participation, Líderes will continue to prioritize the work between sessions, underrepresented communities and peer-to-peer exchanges while providing an increasingly established platform for the voices of successful candidates to be heard loudly. The program aims to provide funding and mentorship to those selected to research and present more detailed knowledge on selected Internet Governance (IG) topics as perceived within their communities.
