National Research and Development Agency This scholarship aims to form advanced human capital in all areas of knowledge and in any country, except Chile, so that the graduates, upon their return to the country, apply the acquired knowledge and contribute to the development scientific, academic, economic, social and cultural of the country. Exceptions from this financing are Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Law (LLM) programs related to the commercial, tax or corporate area.
