The STIC, MATCH, CLIMAT AmSud Regional Program is an initiative of the French cooperation and its counterparts from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela oriented to promote and strengthen collaboration and the creation of research-development networks in the field of information and communications sciences and technologies (STIC), through the implementation of joint projects.
