On March 14, 2018, the IV Forum for Directors of Information and Communication Technologies of Universities was held at the CEDIA facilities, with the following agenda:
Presentation of the report on the Survey of IT Indicators in Ecuadorian Universities (UETIC 2017) and distribution of gifts to the participants.

This 4th Forum marked a milestone for the CIO UNIVERSITY initiative, as it included the presentation of the UETIC 2017 Report, with the aim of continuing to present reports on the state of ICT in Higher Education Institutions. These reports will enable Technology Directors and the educational community in general to improve technological services and collaboration in the areas of academics, research, and community engagement.
