This eleventh edition of the Forum for Directors of Information and Communication Technologies was developed within the framework of the X Congress of Information and Communication Technologies - TICEC in the city of Manta. Collaborative and reflective work activities and talks were carried out between Technology Directors of Higher Education Institutions members of the corporation.

In addition, networking was carried out in the Speech and Beer space, which allowed us to have a meeting with suppliers, experts, Cedia collaborators in different areas, and IT Directors to present the benefits of CEDIA and gather improvement requirements.
