Within the ninth edition of the Ecuadorian Congress of Information and Communication Technologies TICEC 2021, the Forum for Directors of Information and Communication Technologies of the Universities of Ecuador was held.

With a 3-day agenda, sessions were held based on the current technological needs for the management of CIOs in Higher Education Institutions, which have been a valuable opportunity to explore the fundamental role that current technologies play in educational management and to envision the future that awaits us through collaboration between the different universities.
