Participation in the Registra Fund will be through two possibilities:
- To apply with a registrable creation in any category of intellectual property; or,
- To apply as recipients of previous editions of the Registra Fund who wish to complement their previous application through the financing of registration exams or the inclusion of other additional protection mechanisms.

Important Dates
- Release date: December 11, 2023
- Application deadline: February 11, 2024
- Notification of winners: 30 calendar days from the date of submission of the corrected proposal
- Deadline for signing agreements: 30 calendar days from the selection notification
- Application Phase: from December 9, 2024, to February 20, 2025.
- Evaluation and Selection Phase: from March 3, 2025 to May 1, 2025.
- Winner notification: CEDIA website and via email.
- Award and Agreement Signing Phase: Sending draft agreements, 30 days from the selection notification.
- Award and Agreement Signing Phase: Receipt of signed agreements, 30 days from the sending of the draft agreement.
- Development phase of awarded projects: July 15, 2025 with the signing of agreements.
